 LearnPress likewise prints a (script) tag with `admin_enqueue_scripts`. I
 opened #62629 to consider rearranging the Customizer PHP.

 Twenty Twenty-Two and other block themes tend not to use the Customizer
 because they have the [https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/site-
 editor/ Site Editor].
