 For a while, a website of ours has been a bit more than one minute behind
 the official time. We have tried changing the timezone and format but it
 is still one minute behind and I cant find a thread about how to fix it.

 So I assume it is a new bug, it is messing with our 2FA system since it
 does not work due the mismatched time. No matter how much you refresh, the
 least you can be apart is one minute and at times it is 2.
