 After updating to WordPress 6.1.1, the Media Library fails to load
 properly in the admin dashboard. When attempting to access the Media
 Library from the left-hand menu or when trying to upload a new image, the
 screen shows a perpetual loading spinner, and the media items never
 display. I encountered this issue while working on the
 website[ProjectManagementTools.com]

 **Steps to Reproduce:
 **

 Update WordPress to version 6.x.x.
 Log in to the WordPress admin dashboard.
 Navigate to Media > Library.
 Observe that the Media Library fails to load, and a loading spinner is
 continuously displayed.

 **Expected Behavior:**
 The Media Library should load quickly and display all previously uploaded
 media items, allowing for new uploads and management of existing media.

 **Actual Behavior:**
 The Media Library does not load, and the loading spinner remains on the
 screen indefinitely. This issue prevents users from managing or uploading
 media files.

 **Additional Information:**
 I have tried deactivating all plugins and switching to the default theme,
 but the issue persists. Clearing the browser cache and reloading the page
 does not resolve the problem. This bug seems to be related to the recent
 update, as the Media Library was functioning correctly before the update.
