 I suspect the bot isn't picking up the issue number in the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/7182 linked pull
 request] due to the use of `pull_request_target` rather than
 `pull_request`.

 @desrosj I suspect it will need a yolo commit and the crossing of fingers
 but it would be good to get your view once you return.
