 I think the issue here is the alignment of the entire table block not the
 text unless I am mistaken. I can replicated the problem but only when
 centre aligning the entire block, not just the text.

 To recreate:

 1. Add a table block.
 2. Centre align the entire table block.
 3. It won't show on front as centre aligned or the same as the editor.
