 As it's yet unable to reproduce, moving this ticket to normal severity and
 returning it to `Awaiting Review`.

 Also noting, if there's a bug to resolve, likely that would need to happen
 upstream in the Gutenberg repo. Reporting there could help to move it to
 resolution more quickly.
