 @spacedmonkey, could you provide the relative numbers in milliseconds and
 percentage-based compared to the last default theme? Do you know the
 absolute numbers when loading TT4 apart from those specific DB queries?

 I'm trying to understand how significant the impact is for users, as the
 TT3 experience was so performant that TT4 being somewhat slower might not
 be perceivable by the user.
