 Translations feature plugin] is one project that uses `array_is_list()`
 ([https://github.com/swissspidy/performant-
 translations/blob/70f35a69c148268378d263ff598a9f608659d3ee/lib/class-
 ginger-mo-translation-file-php.php#L55-L89 ref]) and would require this
 polyfill upon core merge.
