 I checked the issue with arrow button that are doing nothing when there
 are no columns to show is present now, but also exists in the 6.3.2 as
 well. I can assume that this behavior can be traced way back for many
 versions (it can be checked additionally). So, this isn't exactly 6.4
 issue, and we should address it separately in another release and because
 in the current state of the release we are only addressing regression.
