Comment:

 Since infinite scrolling was removed in [50829], the load of the media
 library was lightened significantly. It would be great to see improvements
 to this whole experience in the pending media redesign, but for the
 moment, I'm closing this issue as fixed. If this is still an issue, please
 feel free to reopen.
