Comment:

 This can be closed as it was resolved upstream in
 [https://github.com/wordPress/gutenberg/issues/52444 Gutenberg#52444] by
 restoring the package.

 In [55628] for #57827 the CSS dependencies were fixed to prevent wp-
 nux.css from being enqueued incorrectly with core packages.

 Related #57643.
