 Hey @webcommsat! I was thinking that the dev note would introduce
 extenders to the new `wp_admin_notice()` and `wp_get_admin_notice()`
 functions so that they too can benefit from the reduce the maintenance
 burden of maintaining HTML for their admin notices, and that the dev note
 might get a callout in the Field Guide?

 benefit from these two functions right away.

 I don't have the dev note done yet but can work on it and have it ready
 next week. Does that work for you and the team?
