 Hi there,

 I recently installed WordPress 6.4 for testing purposes, and I couldn't
 help but notice that the Welcome text still referred to "WordPress 6.3 has
 something for you." I wanted to bring this to your attention and inquire
 if anyone else has also observed this discrepancy.
