 Sharing here https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/59383#comment:31 for
 visibility. I'm not 100% sure this is true yet, but if it is accurate,
 there is a massive opportunity to improve TT4 there with an existing PR.
 Curious to get clarification on that ticket/PR.
