 I'm unsure of what you mean by "right" and "left" buttons. Are you
 referring to the buttons on your mouse / track device? Or maybe the up and
 down icons in the toolbar?

 More information will help contributors investigate and reproduce the
 issue:

 * Frequency: Does it happen all the time? Or is it intermittent?
 * Does it still happen with all plugins are deactivated?
 * Does it happen in a different browser?
 * Can you please share a snapshot of your screen and/or a video showing
 the issue in action?

 The issue likely will need to be
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/new/choose reported
 upstream in the Gutenberg repository], as Gutenberg maintains the editor
 and its npm packages.
