 Yep, tend to agree. Drag and drop was very "fashionable" some years ago,
 not so much now as it doesn't work on touch screens (phones, tablets) and
 is generally pretty hard to do without a mouse. Also not good for
 accessibility.

 In addition zipped plugins and themes are rarely installed or upgraded
 manually, not sure if it's warranted to add a whole new UI component (drop
 zone, etc.) to these screens.

 Suggesting to close.
