Changes (by sabernhardt):
* keywords: has-patch => has-patch 2nd-opinion
* focuses: coding-standards => docs, coding-standards
* version: trunk => 6.4
Comment:
I did not find a spacing requirement before comments in the
[https://developer.wordpress.org/coding-standards/inline-documentation-
standards/php/ handbook].
Twenty Twenty-One [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-
content/themes/twentytwentyone/inc/block-styles.php?rev=49826#L21 added
comments] before each `register_block_style` function, though those arrays
do not include `inline_style`. If it's worth moving the comments earlier
in Twenty Twenty-Four, I found some related issues and pull requests to
fill in the rest of the comments (and adjusted the quotes).
