 @calmsite Is it possible for you to disable the Polylang related plugins
 to see if it resolves the problem? If so, I recommend reaching out to
 their support instead.

 It looks like they had a release in the last few weeks, but it's hard to
 say for sure because there's a paid version.

 I'm adding the `close` recommendation not because your problem is
 unimportant, but without the ability to reproduce this in a fresh install
 without any plugins activated (or an explanation of what's causing the
 problem in plugins and how) there's nothing that can be done here.
