 WordPress sites were updated to 6.4.1 on 9 November.

 On 13 November on instances using Serbian locale started seeing messages
 that the new version is available ("Vordpres 6.4.1 je dostupan! Molimo vas
 da odmah ažurirate"), although that version is already installed.
