#59902: 6.4.1 disrupting certain plugin javascript functions - Blocks, WooCommerce

After upgrading to 6.4.1, we have found two (so far) bugs affecting (so
far) two plugins: WooCommerce and specifically its Analytics package, and
Tin Canny Reporting.
In WooCommerce Analytics a date-range popup with a datepicker feature
becomes dysfunctional. It's clear from the initial output that something
is wrong, and, when an attempt to set the custom range is attempted using
the graphic interface month selector (but NOT the date-text input fields),
the popup simply closes instead of accepting modifications. No js errors
show in DevTools console, but additional deprecation warnings do show,
compared to 6.3.2.
Finally, reverting to 6.3.2 cures both issues immediately.
In the Tin Canny Reporting plugin, Gutenberg Blocks provided by the plugin
disappear. In the javascript console, several errors do show (screenshot
attached) in 6.4.1 that are absent in 6.3.2
