 I tried the updated patch (there is "'" needs to be removed) but I don't
 think that it all what we need. See the screenshot above. I believe that
 the problem is that the task wasn't clear enough.
 1. If categories aren't changed — they shouldn't be changed.
 2. If some categories are applied, the post should still have categories
 that it had previously —  If category wasn't touched, it should remain its
 previous relation with all edited posts.
 3. If some categories are excluded, they need to be removed from all
 posts.
