 When installing a plugin etc. the browser console output shows horizontal
 ellipsis as html entity `…`

 Unpacking the package…

 Observed with Firefox and Chrome in Windows.

 In addition translations of the horizontal ellipsis part are inconsistent.

 German (with added space before horizontal ellipsis entity):
