 I also confirm the issue, but in my brief investigation, it appears to be
 related to my service provider's (Site Ground) configuration. Everything
 works as expected in my local environment, which I have been testing with
 6.4 for a while. But in the hosted environment, the reported problem
 appears even after deactivating all the plugins one by one.
