 I opened https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/55965, where I'm
 looking at adding the fallback for the current theme in places where
 template parts are loaded from the server without preprocessing through
 `_inject_theme_attribute_in_template_part_block`. In essence, I'm seeking
 a ways to the whole logic to the client to bring back the performance
 improvements we measured for the homepage in Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
