 It is indeed a major problem After the update to 6.4 I cannot open a page
 or a post to edit. I get a message asking me to enable Javascript in the
 browser. Even opening a page or a post in the Classic Editor is a disaster
 as there is no way to show the right or the left menu bar and other
 controls.
