 I am the administrator of a website called "9e Kunst". The domain name is
 https://9ekunst.nl/. When you are 3 levels deep into the site, the 3 parts
 of the breadcrumb "Home > Recensies > Kort van stof" refer to
 https://9ekunst.nl/, https://10ekunst.nl/category/recensies/ and
 https://12ekunst.nl/category/recensies/kort-van-stof/.

 As you can see the domain name 9ekunst is enumerated. First it becomes
 10ekunst and then 12ekunst. Needless to say this leads to redirection
 errors.

 The site uses theme Bingo (made by Theme-Ruby, available at
 Themeforest/envato market). It's possible the bug is the result of some
 bespoke breadcrumb module, but I'm guessing they're using the default
 WordPress breadcrumb.
