 Hello! Thanks for creating this ticket.

 I've tested and I think I can reproduce: the "unsaved changes" item at the
 top isn't updating when resetting the styles.

 I think this should rather be an issue in the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg Gutenberg GitHub ] repository.

 I've created an issue here:
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/55866


 I'll resolve this ticket as "Reported upstream".
