 Yes, the Twenty Twenty-Four changelog article is not published yet (thanks
 for checking the link).

 Both the
 [https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/twentytwentytwo/1.0/readme.txt
 Twenty Twenty-Two readme] and
 [https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/twentytwentythree/1.0/readme.txt
 Twenty Twenty-Three readme] files had links in their initial releases.
 However, replacing the link with "Initial release" (for now) might be
 another option, as the
 [https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/twentynineteen/1.0/readme.txt
 Twenty Nineteen readme] and
 [https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/browser/twentytwentyone/1.0/readme.txt
 Twenty Twenty-One readme] files had that at first.
