 We are also having issues. Nested shortcodes no longer act as they did
 before, now nested shortcodes show the ending trailing shortcode.  All
 issue seem to stem from this change:
 https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/commit/2bb3a5169548d16173cf48ca9da1111efc428f86

 The shortcode calls were put back in the wrong place, everything will be
 fixed for everyone if this is restored to how it was in 6.2.0.  Unless
 there is a security reason not to do this, please do it?
