 Can anyone demonstrate precisely how to reproduce the issue?

 Does the security patch produce the issue when upgrading from v5.9.5 to
 v5.9.6?

 Is it limited to only [https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/block-
 themes/ Block themes] (aka Full Site Editing or FSE themes) and does not
 present on [https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/classic-themes/ Classic
 themes]?
