 Hi and thanks for the report!

 For the icons on the public site (front end), you would need to report
 this to the Astra theme authors:
 https://wordpress.org/support/theme/astra/

 Your screenshot does not show the admin, but any problems with the Astra
 icon font likely would affect Dashicons.

 You might have trouble because of iOS Lockdown Mode
 (ticket:57156#comment:4).
