 @sabernhardt Thanks, I will post it there too.

 The site customizer and widget editor show the same type of errors. I
 uploaded screenshots of them above.
 Clearing any caches or cookies/data has no effect. Also, I have this on
 multiple sites.

 This is Safari related, for this version at least: 13.1.2. Latest Chrome
 and Firefox are fine, latest Safari too, although I'm not sure about
 versions in between.
