 Hi and thanks for the report!

 This would fit better on the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/new/choose Gutenberg GitHub
 Repository], or possibly the [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
 support forums] if the problem is not related to Safari.

 1. Please check any other instances of the block editor in the same
 browser. If you have a block theme, try the (Site) Editor under
 Appearance. If your theme is 'classic' like Twenty Twenty-One or earlier
 themes, try the Widgets editor (unless you disabled that with a plugin
 such as Classic Widgets).
 2. I do not know how caching might happen, but try deleting the cache for
 the site. You may want to go a step further and remove any cookies or site
 data.
 3. If you can, try Firefox or Chrome on the Mac.
