Comment:

 As discussed with @hellofromTonya, reopening to handle the specific
 timezone issue, as #57035 was about a PHP8 compat problem :)

 Moving for 6.2.1 consideration, as it appears it is currently not critical
 enough to delay WordPress 6.2.
