 === Steps to Reproduce
 Not sure but maybe:
 1. Debugging enabled.

 2. Set max_allowed_packet to very low value.
 3. GO to http://localhost/test/wp-admin/index.php
 x. 🐞 Bug occurs.

 1.  ✅ WordPress Events and News should be shown.
 2.  ✅ If failed a user friendly message shown in GUI
 3.  ✅ Not to log 18 MB of errors.

 === Actual Results
 1.  ❌ Massive SQL statement was shown
 2.  ❌ User friendly error message was not shown in GUI
 2.  ❌ Logging was made of 18MB
