 I'm 100% on board with an `add_theme_support` approach and with
 redirecting to the attachment too.

 We could simply detect theme support and then show it, and otherwise
 redirect to the attachment URL itself? Would mean that people that rely on
 this to work need to add an `add_theme_support` option before switching to
 the version we include this in, but this would be a *huge* win for the web
 as far as I'm concerned.
