 Cheers, thank you for understanding, I hope that satisfies everyone's
 concerns here. :)

 Could you please add explicit inline comment that DateTime/DateTimeZone
 are specifically not used in this instance for performance reasons?

 Otherwise someone down the road will try to optimize this backwards and
 we'll have to discuss all over again. :)
