 The Indeterminate state checkboxes https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
 US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/checkbox#indeterminate_state_checkboxes may
 be used to add a third state (delete) to terms in the bulk edit with the
 native support of most modern browsers.

 Since it's visual-only, we still need a way to send "removed" items to the
 server.
