 I've followed the Support team conversation, and they don't see any
 particular problems with Media upload which can be solved with the Help.

 @mark-k, does it look from your point of view that Media upload modal
 still needs help info? If so, it needs to be more specific about what kind
 of information needs to be provided / particular elements which are
 behaving in a way that needs clarification.

 If there will be no addition information on the subject, I am suggesting
 to close the ticket.
