Comment:

 It looks like this should be backported to the
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/actions/runs/4228728292/jobs/7344442190#step:20:1199 6.0] and
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/actions/runs/4228738542/jobs/7344459468#step:20:1118 5.9] branches
 as well.

 The PHP 8.1 job is allowed to fail in these branches, but since this
 doesn't involve any source code changes, I don't think it hurts to fix the
 test. Any objections to this?
