 I think this belongs on Meta Trac.

 (#meta6052) changed the limit to 50. When I typed a `+` in the comments
 field on the Core site, I counted 25 other sites in the list. The
 [https://make.wordpress.org/sustainability/ Sustainability site] exclusion
 is likely caused by something else.
