 I appreciate all of the work put in here so far.  I do have one slight
 concern.  I feel like this heading "Hot to find the team you will enjoy"
 my need some tweaking.  Specifically, the word "Hot" in this context is a
 bit odd.  Not trying to be a boomer, I just this there's better
 alternative to the word "Hot".  I'm also thinking about how this might
 have various meaning when translated.  Perhaps "Eager", "Ready", or some
 other word there would not have these same issues?
