 Absolutely. But even if we can get the first bump to 7.0 it would be a
 good first step.
 Still think this kind of a timeline should be

 as currently still on 6.26% - might be possible to get that number below

 @johnbillion When approx will we get a decision here? the 5% guideline was
 discussed for a long time and seemed the only blocker until now - hope
 that doesnt change.
