Comment:

 5.5.1 was the latest WordPress version when the ticket was opened, so I
 agree that this was probably caused by JavaScript errors after the jQuery
 update. Hopefully you were able to fix that with the helper plugin or some
 other way.

 If you still can experience this with WordPress 6.2, please reopen the
 ticket and share more details. Screenshots would help, too.
