Comment:

 Removing the commit keyword for now as I think this still needs a bit of
 work.

 Of the linked pull requests, I prefer [https://github.com/WordPress
 /wordpress-develop/pull/4586 #4586] as it makes use of caching to avoid
 slowing down each run of PHPUnit.
