 The patch looks good to me @SergeyBiryukov. But, I am not quite sure why I
 am able to reproduce the fatal error in WP 6.2.2 if the Site Health test
 was introduced in 6.3. Might be something that can be confirmed if others
 face the same issue too in WP 6.2.2
