 Good morning,

 If we choose the personalized permalink and remove the "/" at the end.

 The site will not index, except for the homepage.

 No message will appear in the search console.

 Bug found twice on sites that weren't indexed for more than 30 days.

 This unblocked the situation in 24 hours.
