Comment:

 When in the Network admin, the Get Involved tab doesn't work because the
 file `/wp-admin/network/contribute.php` does not exist.

 Should just need a file like
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-
 admin/network/about.php to avoid the error.
