 A note to others who may come across this:

 The issue occurs in the MiniCart of WooCommerce Blocks and was fixed with
 [https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-
 blocks/commit/b75f00e4dd06bd1f44d3340a0991342593c130c1 this commit]. This
 fix will likely be deployed in WooCommerce soon as WordPress 6.3's release
 approaches.
