 Looks like @Presskopp made the necessary changes to make it work.

 post schedule date format without year
 j. F \k\l. G:i -  gives the output - 14. juli kl. 12:20

 post schedule full date format
 j. F Y \k\l. G:i - gives the output - 14. juli 2023 kl. 12:24

 I'll approve the translation and see if it doesn't work nicely in wp-admin
 too.
